The Senior Pastor of Grace is the Rev. C. Scott Parsons. Scott is a graduate of Covenant Theological Seminary (M.Div.) in
St. Louis,
MO, the national seminary of the Presbyterian Church in
America. Scott came to Grace in 2006 and has served in pastoral ministry for 20 years. Prior to coming to Grace, he was involved in church planting in
Nebraska, and pastored churches in
Illinois,
Kentucky,
Pennsylvania and
Indiana. He and his wife Kim have six children and one grandchild.

Our Director of Music and Worship is Ward Satterfield . A Dalton native, Ward is a graduate of the University of Georgia (B.S. in Education) He has also studied through New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (Atlanta Extension) and Covenant Theological Seminary (Access Distance Program). Ward has been involved with music and worship for over 20 years. He has served as the worship leader for Campus Crusade for Christ at the University of Georgia and as Minister of Music and Youth in Good Hope, Georgia and Minister of Music and Education in Dalton , Georgia before coming to Grace Presbyterian. He and his wife, Carol, have 2 children, Caleb and Josh. Carol teaches at Dalton Middle School .
Assistant Pastor for Hispanic Ministries: Carlos Ireta cireta@gracedalton.org
Our Assistant Pastor is Rev. Carlos Ireta. Carlos has his M.Div. from the Presbyterian Theological Seminary of Mexico. After planting two churches in Mexico , Carlos transferred his credentials to the PCA and planted two churches in Laredo , TX . Carlos and his wife Adela have three children, Denise, Karla and Emma.

Rev. Alfredo Ramos is the director of Plaza Comunitaria. Alfredo is a graduate of Manuel D. Valencia Seminary in Tampico, Tam. México. From Iglesia Nacional Presbiteriana de México (National Presbyterian Church from México). He has been involved in church Planting with MNA in Matamoros, México. Alfredo has served in missions and pastoral ministry for 17 years before to coming to Grace Presbyterian.
Youth Minister: Matt Carr matt@gracedalton.org
Matt Carr is the director of youth ministry at Grace. His wife and ministry partner is
Shannon, and they have a daughter named Avery. Matt graduated from
Covenant
College in 2003 with a BA in English. He is passionate about Jesus Christ and leading teenagers into a maturing relationship with Him. Matt has been at Grace since June 2006.
Director of Children's Ministry: Laura Pressley lmpressley@hotmail.com
Laura joined the staff as the director of children's minsitries in November of 2008. Prior to joining our staff she was a stay at home mom for two years. Laura was also a special education teacher for four and a half years here in
Dalton. In 2001 she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from
North
Georgia
College and
State
University and in 2003 she obtained a masters degree in Educational Leadership from
Kennesaw
State
University. Laura is married to her husband Nathan Pressley. They have two young children, Libby and Sydney. They enjoy spending time outdoors as a family and look forward to camping together when their children are older.
