Dear Volunteers,

We really appreciate all of your help with our little precious ones at Grace.  Without your service in the nursery, we would definitely be at a loss.  Thank you for the time that you dedicate to the nursery to help keep things running smoothly.  You are truly a blessing to the children (and their parents).

There are a few new practices we are implementing in our nursery.  Each side of the nursery is assigned two adult volunteers a week.  There are also 2 youth volunteers scheduled to help wherever needed.  Ms. Pat and the nursery supervisor will be available to help with both signing children in and out and issuing and collecting pagers.  We are starting Children’s Church for the 2 and 3 year olds.  Please be prepared to assist the teachers, get the snack ready for the children, and or play with the children who are too young to participate.  Please try to be at the nursery on time, things do get busy quickly.  Please do not come to “hang out” in the nursery if it is not your assigned date.  A volunteer or supervisor will come to get extra help if it is needed.  Thank you for your help!

Below you will find a schedule for the Grace Nursery Volunteers for January 2009 through March 2009.  If you can not work in the nursery for your assigned day, please trade days with another volunteer and contact the nursery supervisor to let her know of the change.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact any of us.  We really appreciate your help!
