Objectives:
-Extend education opportunities through new information and communication technologies to the Mexicans and Hispanics living in the U.S.A.
-Facilitate the accreditation and certification of Basic Education
-Acknowledge work skills and training

The Plaza Comunitaria is a physical space where educational services are offered to Mexicans and Hispanics.  It is supported in the newest information and communication technologies.  It integrates three areas:
-Standard Area (Presential).
-Education T.V. area
-Computer Lab
